“Lightness” can refer to a variety of meanings: to be bright, and not dark; to be less weighty, and not heavy; to be peaceful, and not burdened.
In all of these ways, we want people to leave lighter than when they first entered our space, for people who are heavy laden in mind and heart to be refreshed and inspired.
